ZINC RICH PRIMER COAT

We offer Epoxy Zinc Rich Primer with Zinc Dust to our valuable client. The Zinc pigment in dry film provides an excellent protection to steel surface, tanks, pipelines and plant components in both interior and exterior exposed conditions. It also provides catholic protection to steel and gives good resistance to undercoating of damaged areas. It can be over coated with wide range of top coats.

 Recommended DFT: 50 - 60 microns

 Zinc Dust Content on DFT 90 + 2 Percentage

Theoretical Coverage: 4-5 Sq.mt at a recommended DFT

Application: Airless spray or brush

 Pot Life: 2 to 3 hrs at 30 degree 

 Shelf Life: 06 months (of individual components) 

Drying: Surface Dry: 10-15 minutes  Hard Dry: 1-2 hr

Over Coating Interval: 4 to 6 hr 

Maturation Time On Mixing: 10-15 mins

Salt Spray Test: 1000 hrs 

Temperature Resistant: 100 C dry Heat
